Bathroom is moldy, rooms are unclean

To observe cleanliness specially the Toilet a lot of molds on the tiles . Staff are are accommodating & friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE I've just returned from 2 nights at this hotel and wanted to write this review so that nobody else stays here as we had a very poor experience. The hotel website states there is tea/coffee maker in the room but there isn't. The listing also states there is a pool and sauna and fitness room but there isnt. How are they allowed to misrepresent the hotel like that? More seriously, there was visible mould on the wall in the room. This is not just a minor issue but a hygiene concern. I raised these issues during my stay and was not offered a different room or any resolution. I spoke directly with the manager before leaving and showed him the mould. He didnt care at all , he said that I “should have chosen a better hotel." How unprofessional. This hotel is not as described and the handling of the issues was extremely poor. The breakfast is very very limited. There were about 6 croissants, 6 pieces of bread, a few chunks of cheese and nutella and some cereal. I have never had such a bad experience. I would strongly advise others to choose a different hotel.

Croissants, baguette available, along with sliced loaf bread. Coffee machine, juice milk cereal. Honey, cream cheese, butter, Nutella.

We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs up were dirty, the carpet hadn't been hoovered for quite some time, the hand rail was loose in places and didn't feel safe. In the room the shower was broken, bedside lamps were broken, a towel had a stain on it. We complained and was moved to another room but the bathroom was mouldy and there was a huge patch of mould from floor to window sill right by the bed. Refused to stay in it and was moved to another room but it didn't have anywhere to put our clothes in the bedroom, it was literally just a bed in the room, no kettle, no air con.They had only one other room but the receptionist said it also had mould in it so we had no choice but to find another hotel. We asked if we could have some sort of refund but we haven't heard anything from them.

It was an average hotel, provided what was needed. It wasn’t the dirtiest, but it could have been cleaner.

Room seemed dirty and hall smelled weird

Greay staff , need to pay more attention on the room cleaness, found some razor blade underneath the bathroom But overall all.went well

Very close to Eiffel Tower and great customer service!

Small room, and restroom. No mini fridge. I’m not faulting the property because there was no claim that there would be. Small tight staircase. Great to just sleep, get up and go. Nice location within Paris.
