Excellent stay with family, clean, super clean facilities and gorgeous apartment with amazing sea views. Staff were extremely, helpful and polite. We loved that there were always taxis waiting and you didn't need to worry about booking one. Concierge service was great and again very helpful, especially when travelling with family.

Very good customer service

Overpriced restaurants, mini bar , no snacks provided .

Great would go back stayed 14 nights

I give 5 stars for the overly accommodating staff, they are super friendly and very hospitable. The hotel rooms are run down and do not feel like a Sofitel.

Great place to stay !!

The property is always so beautiful but the staff that make it so special and for me they are so amazing 👏 thank you guys

Great stay at Sofitel The Palm for 10 days Service was excellent, buffet breakfast was nice but more options would be better after day 5 we were abit bored with the selection. Great ammenities on the property - but due to conflict and occupancy few restaurants were shut. The replay sports bar was great addition for the fifa matches but due to popularity was very busy could’ve been better layed out or another outlet could’ve played it too. The pools were nice on the hot days but again due to occupancy and conflict the one close to the apartment was only available on weekends - would be nice to have pool side drinks offered. The Spa was great we did the Hamam and it was such a good experience the ambience of the spa area was so nice and relaxing. The room it self was lovely having and kitchen and washing machine was so handy Overall it was a great stay thank you team !

Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette. The spa facilities are a must. I wish the pool had a pool bar. My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided.

A fantastic resort that perfectly captures the feel of an Arabian island getaway. Stunning scenery, excellent hospitality, and a peaceful, luxurious experience.
