Easy to find. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast had great variety and delicious. Very happy with our stay and would come back again.

This is our second stay here and unfortunately it will be the last. Lights in bathroom not working, maintenance told us the bulbs would be arriving in a week’s time. Air conditioning was utterly useless. Staff gave us a fan, which was just as bad. The tap in the bathroom was barely a trickle. The fridge did not work at all. We left water in it for 2 days which came out warm! Woken on our 1st night by very loud men outside our room dragging barrels across the floor at 4am. Followed by the emptying of the recycling bins for almost an hour. Along with them shouting extremely loudly.

Staff were very helpful from start to finish during our stay. Location is very convenient ~3 blocks to the Barbican Underground station.

Tried to check-in at 14:55 and room not ready, pointed me to the bar and come back in 15 mins. Room was OK, was a Club room but not working A/C which was a big problem, `nice tall fan in the room so they knew the A/C wasn't working which when its 25C out side not comfortable especially when paying nearly £190 a night ! On top of that in the room working on a call till 11:30, OK'd a 'late' checkout at 11:30 but door opened twice and a phone call at 11:20 to ask if I was leaving !! I have never had that in a hotel. Yes if it was 12 or later chase me... Other than that breakfast was really nice and condition of the rooms and hotel was good and room service was very prompt and nice.

The air conditioning of my club room didn’t work and I had to ask for a fan. Despite having the fan on for the whole night, I still woke up in sweat. Bad sleep for two nights. Staff were friendly.

I won’t stay here again. Air conditioning was not working and when I arrived there was no more fans available. So I just had to bake. Particularly unfortunate as it was one of the hottest days of the year so I got barely any sleep. Not acceptable when paying 300GBP per night.

Aircon was broke during a hot week. Couldn't reallocate me to another room Shower wasn't working correctly

Air con was freezing or off. And the hotel is tired in need of a refresh. Staff all super helpful.

Bed linen was dirty, room was awful location and hot and noisy the 50 deposit usually takes 2-3 weeks to refund despite promises. Management never contacted me despite promises made by receptionist. Have stayed here 4 times this was by the far the worst and despite closeness to office will never stay again . Sorry but for a 4 star hotel charging 250 a night plus this was awful. Only thing that was good, as always, is breakfast
