Room was big but lacked in decor and felt empty/boring.
The hotel only had character on the outside.

Be aware SPA is not included- it is €50 for 1 hr. This is written in their policies section but not stated in the Amenities. It needs to be more clear for the customer before booking please.
I had a clean, warm room. Calm atmosphere and pod chairs to sit and relax in common areas. Great variety of vegan and gluten free options for breakfast. Hot food and healthy food. A lovely breakfast and attentive, polite staff.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the look of the hotel lobby and room. However everything was comfortable and in working order.

Food was great however paid for a spund proof room and had over 10 hours of noise from builders also the radiator stained my new clothes due to not being cleaned.

Good location, friendly staff, but limited variety of breakfast. Room simple, very small shower cabin. No way a 4* hotel.
