This hotel is perfectly situated on Nha Trang's beachfront in the center of the action. However it is marred by aging and poorly maintained infrastructure. I checked into the Junior Suite. Within 15 minutes of settling in I noticed a pool of water on the floor right behind the entrance door. Turns out the AC Ventilation was leaking. I requested a room change and about an hour later they upgraded me to the Executive Suite. A couple of days later, I was flushing the toilet when the bathroom floor drain next to the toilet violently backed up with clear water and large clumps of black pipe scale/sediment due to some bottleneck deep in the lines creating some kind of geyser effect. They sent up a technician and he blasted jet water down the drain and told me it was fixed. I asked for the area to be sanitized because if the drain and toilet lines were mixed then it seemed like it was a combination of grey and waste water. I don't know how serious the staff is about proper decontamination protocols because when he was working to unclog the drain, he actually went in barefoot after seeing it. I don't know if there is a leak or if the sink countertop is sloped unevenly to right but a pool of water always accumulates after repeated use. I didn't bother reportinh this. And in my last day, I found a half-alive cockroach in the Jacuzzi. I've been to several hotels in the country. This is the first time I've ever encountered issues like and had to call reception for it.

My partner and I loved staying at this Sheraton, the staff were helping, caring and made a positive impact on our trip. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to see and do.

Well not much to report here , truly a 5 star Hotel. The Dinner buffet is incredible. East meets West dining experience, eclectic dining, Sushi to English style roast beef. Stellar street front Pizza / Italian restaurant. Chinese restaurant as well, albeit I never tried it , I’m sure it’s up to Hotels standards . Breakfast buffet serves Vietnamese street food to Eggs Benedict, fantastic service and food.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly and really take care of you. Buffet Branch is good as well. Very helpful staff.

Everything is excellent

We just spent ten wonderful nights at the Sheraton, and the location couldn't be better. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold tea and refreshing towels—such a lovely touch after our ten-hour journey. Jane at the reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got the perfect room for our needs. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, offering an impressive variety of options. The hotel was pleasantly quiet at night, and having a balcony to dry our clothes while enjoying the great view was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed some drinks at the Altitude Bar, which added to our relaxing experience. Tram our cleaning lady was also so sweet. The pool area provided towels, and Leo at the Tiki Bar was especially friendly. We did try to access the beach, but with only 18 available sunbeds, getting there early or later in the day is essential. We would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again! The Sheraton Nha Trang is an immaculate hotel with stunning & spacious rooms, amazing quality food, perfect location opposite the beach, and the most genuinely friendly & helpful staff. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to have a relaxing stay in Nha Trang!
