喜來登維斯塔納鄉村別墅度假飯店 (Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas, I-Drive/Orlando)

We spent 5 days at this resort, it was really great. We had a 1 bedroom with balcony and our daughter had a 2 bedroom. The space was large, very clean and nicely supplied. The pool was clean, and nice and cool but not too cold. We are ate at the Breeze restaurant by the pool, food was good and so were the drinks. They have cabanas by the pool but they don’t have a way to reserve them so you need to get there early if you want one. The location is great, close enough to the parks and lots of restaurants. The only reason we didn’t rate a 5 is because they are building right by our building 17. We paid extra for balcony rooms to see a construction sight. That was disappointing. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The resort was good, and the location was very good. My room smelled a little off but I didn’t complain because we only stayed there one night.

The staff was very pleasant especially Lisa. The laugh could lite up. The room. Dennis was very exceptional his personality made me want to stay longer. I thank God for everything. This trip made our granddaughter excited to come back a second time.

The good: Great property with spacious rooms, great activities, and central location to many Orlando attractions. The bad: if you have a room by one of the pools like we did, there will be people screaming at the top of thier lungs until 10 pm each night. We were on the 3rd floor and it sounded like we were AT the pool it was so loud. They even had music blaring until that time. I am not sure if the walls/windows are thin or what, but it was extremely loud.

Check in process was a nightmare!!! Worse Marriot check in experience I’ve ever been in! The receptionist was apologetic but not helpful to help resolve the issue faster! It took me probably over an hour and a half before she finally says “I’ll just change it on my end so you can check in”… I mean, what ??? You mean the whole time you could offer me that convenience but didn’t ?!?!?! Cleaning service on day one only do bed and took garbage. Didn’t do dishes or refill coffee/sigat/creamer or anything else.
