The location was great for the old town hotel was clean and staff friendly and polite stayed 4 nights 6 of us on a motorbike tour
The garage is around the corner but not too far away at £15 per night per bike

The location is great and the breakfast is very good. You do have to pay for it, unlike other hotels in the area, but it was well worth it. Our room was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again for sure.

Amazing location, kind staff…but boy do they need to soundproof this place. Noise from outside was nothing compared to the people above us stomping and scraping the floor until after 4sm both nights of our stay. We got no sleep.

Room was smaller than advertised (and I am very used to staying in tiny rooms, this is not a huge issue for me but might be for you). The room was dirty upon arrival (lots of dust and even a few hairballs on the floor, stained pillow case).
The AC worked perfectly and kept the room quite cool. The bathroom had a nice shower. The location is extremely favorable.

Very clean and located right in the heart of San Sebastián. Loved our stay. The staff was super helpful and all around delightful. Definitely one of my more convenient stays in all of Spain.
