超讚 We love staying here. So convenient to the North End and we take a T right to Fenway. Very friendly staff that always wants to help in any way. Breakfast is great. Luis was there to help in any way possible and a genuinely nice guy who wants to make everyone's experience at breakfast a good one.

Clean room. Several fixtures on wall in bathroom were detaching from the wall. Breakfast was nice but lacked fresh fruit. We had some key access issues at some of the exterior doors. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It doesn't get much better than this property, beds, rooms, staff, cleanliness, valet parking, free breakfast, location, view from the room, size of the rooms etc etc etc. This is a 5 star hotel with big price tag to go with it. My only complaint is that they could have a few more snacks you could buy downstairs but really this place is hard to beat. Incredible.
