Breakfast is zero

I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning.

Very easy check in/out Good rooms, very good Continental breakfast with great breakfast times (start 0530). Within easy level walk of local station. only thing missing was no tea/coffee facilities in room.

Second time here. Very happy with hotel, basic breakfast and facilities. Room service and reception are great and helpful. Ensuite rooms are clean, comfortable and have big opening windows. Nothing negative at all apart from the wait for the lift in the morning as hotel only has two lifts and if hotel is busy, you can be wsiting 5 mins or more. But stairs ok - apart from if you're on a top floor! I definitely stay here a third or fourth time!

Arrived before 11pm, exhausted after a long hard drive! Total confusion as there are two separate Hotels with the same name! Security guard showed me and let me in the underground car park but on check in was told it was the other hotel, same company but the other side of a busy road! I’m disabled and on crutches carrying my bags. The kind security man escorted me across to the other hotel! Redemption! The receptionist had been expecting me, handed me my electronic key but then said he could switch me to a ground floor room. There was a lift but he said this would be better for me as it had a disabled friendly bathroom! He carried my bags and checked out the room, went and got me a bottle of water and some chocolate!!! I was out like a light! Well done that man… 👍💕

My room was not so clean

Absolutely disgusting, we are talking about a hotel situated in Germany, European country, the hotel is outdated, beds are uncomfortable and the hotel breakfast is not edible. We booked two double bedrooms, the room only had two single beds, they joined it together but without joining clips, the window had a roof which anyone could climb, so couldn’t open the window. The reception staff are not helpful at all, they don’t seem to care. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

This is a really good hotel but a lot of upgrade
