Simple room in great location above a pub. Noise was no issue and short walking to all mention Nelson Bay. Friendly Staff and good value breakfast.

Great location.

Rooms are nice but it is right above the bar which played loud music until 12am then there was yelling from patrons that went on until about 2am

Nothing beats the centre of town

Nice staff, good location close to shops and bay and comfortable bed. There was a bit of noise both nights from a band and from guests. The bathroom floor made water from the shower go to the wall and rot part the door frame and was a bit smelly. The room was spacious and attractive and so was the dining area.

The property is a pub with an accommodation wing separate from the bar and apart from the air-conditioning not working during my 3 night stay the room was reasonable. The room I was in looked like it had been recently updated and the bathroom looked brand new. While the hotel provides free parking it is a small parking area and also used by patrons of the bars. The location is good right in the centre of town and opposite the beach.

A few things in the room did not work.- Cooling!! although stated, there is no room service.

Stopped in at the Seabreeze Nelson Bay for a night - great pub dinner, watched the footy on the screen, and had a great sleep in the spacious rooms upstairs… Staff are super nice and friendly.. Would book again for sure…!
