It’s close to transportation and mall.

It was decent for what we needed.

The lobby stinks that you’ll find it hard to breathe, the rooms have a musty odor. Outlets available are hard to get access to and minimal. No amenities, not even a blow dryer in the bathroom. Cockroaches so big, I was afraid I’d be carried off in the middle of the night. It was so bad, I didn’t even sleep IN the bed, only on the bed, fully clothes and kept my luggage in my vehicle as I didn’t want to risk bringing any roaches home.

Great stay clean rooms everything you need for a 1 night or 1 week stay, not to pricey either.

I have been to some places but this one was THE ONE !!!! First off , I found a c***k pipe in the box of tissues that were opened and never checked or replaced by the cleaners. There were two extremely long pieces of hair in the bathtub upon arrival , I have a bob…. . We had to go down to the front to request an iron that we had to return immediately after using. The place did have a security in the front and the management apologized for the pipe, but I still can’t get over that . We needed a place to stay for attending a festival but I would never return to this place again! There’s so much more as well but you all get the point… oh there was also a hole in the bathroom door at the bottom from someone kicking in the door… again I could go on and on but you get the point!!

I had to clean the bathroom as it was very dirty and the tub was unusable. There was a constant urine smell in the lobby that made me nauseous. There was also a horrible fight between a guest and the security guard and the main staff wouldn’t help me leave the building safely.

Security Has a stationed guard with an AR rifle right in front of the desk, which is also bulletproof glass and an armored SUV hummer. It definitely not a good place to bring your family but just a quick stop to sleep overnight by yourself, there were 4 incidents within a 2 mile radius that included one stabbing. Someone getting shot, someone getting killed, and a fire that was started in the neighborhood. All within that single night that I stayed. Philadelphia rough neighborhood.

I expected a modest room for the price, but the place was filthy, especially the entrance. The tub was clogged when I took a shower and something was causing water to leak out the side of the tub area. I think there may have even been some black mold between the sink and tub from the leak. They started working with power tools in the hallway where we were staying at 9 am in the morning. I get it - they need to do some construction work. But they should have warned us. The entrance to the office has a weird smell as well.

Bathroom was a mess toilet leaking from the bottom shower curtain was dirty. Bed I was better to sleep on the floor but it was too dirty
