Staff was wonderful-exceptional customer service. We were there for 3 days.

very convenient to pubs and Victoria Coach and train station

Our room was a tad tiny and getting adjusted to no A/C was a little challenging BUT the staff may sure our room would not get direct sunlight and provided us with 2 fans. It is a lovely hotel with all the English charm I was looking forward to experiencing. Thanks Blades Hotel & Staff

Great location, Victoria station, Tate Britain and Battersea all within walking distance. Room for a single traveller was very small, chair too tall for desk, bathroom sliding panel door didn't work properly, TV aerial loose.

Lovely greeting when I checked in. Every time I was going out for the day I was greeted by staff. One of the hottest weeks for the area and wasnt extremely hot inside the room. Not a far walk to all the sites. Quiet at night. Good food not far away and stores to grab stuff to take to the room right up the road.

Just a unique somewhat inexpensive hotel in the mix of London… Probably not an English time but nice to have a ceiling fan especially during the summer…

Excellent cleanliness, comfortable bed. I arrived after reception closed, the owners knew this and arranged a safe place for key collection. Perfect for overnight stay.

Nice historic property in an excellent location. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are small with limited storage. Bathrooms are small as well. Showers with occasional drop in water pressure due to old plumbing. Overall, nice stay and one of the few hotels that could accommodate four people with three separate beds.

The location is great but the rooms are very small. Luckily we had a bathroom in our room but some rooms do not so read carefully. For our family of 4 it was suitable to sleep in but we could hardly open our suitcases. The rooms were clean enough but only one of the small fans works, wifi did not work and the buttons on the TV remote were so worn that there was almost no writing visible on them anymore. Good budget option but personally would book another hotel next time.

Tammy who was the only person working was amazing!! She dealt wirh us from start to finish and couldnt do enough she deserves a bonus x The hotel was sweltering though on the hottest weekend of the year 35 degrees with no air con or fridge was brutal thankfully fans were provided.A great spot by pimlico station and a lovely pub close by.
