I have scheduled a time to get my room cleaned, (which was a complimentary service) but it was never done. We stayed for 4 nights and I only asked for 1 day to freshen up the room but still was not done.

Very nice choice for a hotel very close to the strip. Only downside was the 10am checkout that we thankfully were able to extend to 11am. Also expect a high pressure sales pitch at the beginning with a reward. Just say no firmly (multiple times) and you'll be fine.

The accommodations were maintained, offering a spacious suite. Its prime location adjacent to the strip provided convenient access, allowing for a pleasant walk to the Vegas Knights game. This establishment is highly recommended for families and I would certainly consider a return visit.
