Good location, safe place to stay.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly especially JD who made sure that we have a great time celebrating our family Birthdays. We will come back especially for JD and his manager.

Staff is helpful

We had a great experience. Great location walking distance to the big In and Out and so many other stores. The hotel was clean and comfortable! I only wish there were more floors with laundry since a lot of times I wanted to do laundry, the machines were taken.

Very friendly staff and helped with whatever I needed.

The room was slightly outdated, but large! Tons of space for myself and 2 friends to get ready in our own areas. The kitchen area was so helpful and had all the basics! No quiet on the strip, but definitely close enough to everything we needed.

I have been a customer for Hilton for years and cancelled the reservation via a phone call weeks in advance (even though they say that’s not their policy). I’ve emailed and called property numerous times to receive a refund for a week long stay that I did not use. Per the call with them, I cancelled the day after. I never called them the day after. It is heartbreaking that a company would not consider a loyal customer complaint or refund my money. Expedia made it so difficult to go back and cancel in their website. It would not allow me to cancel which is why I called property. It all seems like a scam to steal money.

It was perfect. Thank you
