The room was spacious very good for its price , very tidy aswell

청결상태도 양호하고 직원의 친절과 서비스도 ok, good~! 주방도 좋았지만 음식물처리기는 as 요망됨. 공항셔틀 서비가 없었지만 uber를 사용했음. 전체적인 서비스는 양호 함.

Very nice and convenient

A great location and view across the park. We were upgraded to a two bedroom unit even though we only used one bedroom. Apartment was perfect as I had an accessible bathroom and kitchen was perfect to prepare meals. Three nights was perfect and advice to try Indian restaurant nearby was excellent. Parking at $45 per night was avoided by finding disabled parking close by. So bring accessible parking permit with you , should you have one. Staff were so very helpful and cheerful. Loved our stay.

Facility was clean and nice. Check in worked well. We found parking. Only “problem” we had, was that we rented the place because of the possibility to cook ourselves. Kitchen was equipped with bare minimum. Some things were missing. Trash was not emptied on daily basis.

Had angels working the counter, thankyou for helping us and being so warm and friendly. Made the trip so much easier. Thankyou again so so much

~~!!

The Room are very clean, kitchen tidy and we have everything we need. Perfect for my poodle as there's a lovely Victoria park down the front of the hotel. Above all they updated us to 2 bedroom as we only book for 1 bedroom. fast wifi and the staff super were super friendly. I will recommend this to other travellers. Will be back for sure.

Appreciated the staff help :) 5 stars.

Incredible service right throughout the stay. Our hosts couldn't do enough to help us during our stay. From now on this is where we stay in Auckland.
