The staff were excellent, but the stay was very uncomfortable because the air conditioning was broken. It was so hot and stuffy. One of the staff members brought us a fan. It was all she could do. Otherwise, it’s a good location, beds are comfortable, breakfast is very good and not over priced.

I had a good experience during my stay at Homaris West Side – Self Check‑In. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the self check‑in system worked smoothly. Everything was well organized, and the stay overall was pleasant. I would consider staying here again.

Very basic. Small room with no space to move around. Stairway was unclean but the room was cleaned. No interaction with staff except at breakfast. Booking said breakfast included but they asked to pay additional for breakfast. So chose to eat outside. Not having front desk is not ideal but all the automated access, check in and checkout went smoothly. Very limited desk space, electric outlets and broken outlets.

A Budget hotel with potential but with lots of SMALL PRINTS.
Good locations, room size and a comfort of the room itself.
Hot tub - not working
Gym and sauna: a good plus.
There is no staff on site. Everything is run by and AI Chatbot so do t expect issues to be resolved.
Everything, including cleaning, extra towels etc have to be added as an EXTRA CHARGE.
Most of all - NO LUGGAGE STORAGE.
Cleanliness - superficial…
Can it improve? No, because there is no human to talk to. Sad…
