The view is wonderful, the staff are always so accommodating and helpful. Room was always kept clean. Restaurant food was always great and full of flavour.

Amazing hotel and restaurant, we LOVED it. 5+******* We are a 64 and 75 year old couple. Intreodi travelers, but this was a fantastic chill vibe. It is up on a cliff, with stunning sunsets and the private beach below is also stunning , with lots of great shells, but not really swimmable. The 3 pools are gorgeous, especially the Hidden Pool. We had an incredible large room with a private plunge pool and sea views, it really adds up to the most romantic hotel on Bali. You just never want to leave. The place is quite and beautiful. I highly recommend! Everyone was having so much fun. The bar and restaurant serves great drinks and delicious Indonesian food, and Western food. Use a hotel driver to get around though, because the roads are narrow and the nearest walkable beach is Balangang, 18 minute walk.

The Most beautiful , romantic hotel ever. The staff is amazing and so is the food! We booked Forest lodge with a private plunge pool and the room was gorgeous. Highly recommend- it’s an oasis away from crazy westerness of uluwatu!

The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach on a cliff. The food was very good although a bit expensive. The “cabins” are just that. You can see through the wooden floors and there are gaps everywhere in the room. They don’t have the darkened curtains and the bathroom has bugs running around everywhere. They are likely ants but they are on the counters and literally all over. The air conditioning barely worked and I had to sleep on the covers which led to numerous bites all over. I didn’t sleep at all between scratching and spraying bug spray while being extremely hot and sticky. The hotel told us that the air conditioning was fine-end of story. They didn’t seem empathetic that this was our last 3 nights in Bali before a long trip home to Canada . We had no idea that these cabins weren’t insulated or sealed and that we would have little to no air conditioning. The management has not as much as apologized or given us a refund and we are out 2 nights of hotel costs. In fact, no one seems to be able to reach management. We are not fussy people and are truly disappointed and angry at tgis experience. Not worth the money.

Most beautiful resort. Rooms were large clean, air conditioned with furniture to put clothes away. Grounds were very clean lots of areas to lounge with umbrellas. Great restaurant beautiful views quick walk down stairs to beach. A bit away from the town but easy drive. Used hotel drivers they were great. Staff was excellent.

Just gorgeous. The setting, the rooms, the staff and really just everything!

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and it’s in a great location.

The property was beautiful, bellboy's were amazing and helpful. The reception staff and spa staff were arrogant. The food quality was bad, we received pieces of plastic in our sauce and taste of the food doesn't justify the price.

Have stayed at this property several times

The perfect start to our Bali adventure after a long flight. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout (including sorting out our luggage that was stuck in Singapore) and the aptly named The View Restaurant was just that and along with the infinity pools provided stunning views and sunsets. The Senses spa is also worth a visit. All in all a wonderful experience.
