巴統希爾頓酒店 (Hilton Batumi)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

Great check-in & check-out, lovely staff in the Sky Bar and at the breakfast. Nice rooms, although one of the curtains kept falling off! However the casino is terrible. Aggressive looking staff, not a welcoming atmosphere, and people openly smoking, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy!

clean room, central area, Hilton quality

Все было супер.Буду рекомендовать своим клиентам я тур агент.Elena Travel

Enjoyed every moment

Excellent location. Nice big room. Excellent breakfast. Reception not very receptive. We wanted an umbrella, they say they do not have. I demanded one for the evening, finally they spplied one. Curtain tore, I told them in the morning. Until the late afternoon it was not fixed. When we reminded them, they finally sent someone to fix it. I think that a 5-star hotel should be more receptive

Great hotel, very generous people Helping with everything. The room was very clean, the breakfast is good and a lot of attractions is around the hotel, don’t need veacle to enjoy the area.

Didnt feel like a 5 star hotel. Big waiting list for breakfast. No help in finding a table. Poor breakfast. There was always something missing (no sope, no towels,no amenities).

I would like to address a concerning issue regarding my recent stay at this hotel. From midnight to 4 AM, the electricity was disconnected, creating significant safety and comfort concerns. As a guest who relies on a CPAP machine for proper sleep, the lack of electricity was particularly alarming. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning in a dark room made the situation even more uncomfortable. I do not believe this hotel meets the standards of a five-star establishment, and I will not be returning. I have shared these concerns with all relevant agents. This experience will undoubtedly impact the reputation of Hilton.

It’s accessible for everything and nice staffs
