Great hotel. Everything was great

Clean rooms, very close to the arts

Customers should not be charged for amenities at the end of the stay without further notice. Overall, the staff is excellent.

They not friendly no good communication

room amenities: poor. -Safe does not work, and that is a constant issue in all my stays - TV remote - not working, but they addressed somehow. - Ceiling fan - noisy and annoying Parking is fine, safe, reliable and fast - 50-75 per night is high

I wish I knew the hotel was on skid row. The hotel has a smell. It’s also under renovation so you might get lucky and have the upgraded area or the part that looks sketchy. Mind you they both cost the same which is ridiculous. Needless to say I would not return.

The staff was the best part. The front desk and Valet people were so polite and amazing. I did not like that there was breakfast included. There’s a restaurant there there and even with $10 off it was still pricey so not happy that breakfast was not included. The building and rooms need to be updated bad. It gives Motel 6 vibes. I reserved 2 queens. I am sure they were not queens but full size.

The hotel was fantastic and the facilities were great. Staff very friendly especially in the restaurant. Would recommend and return

Enjoyed my stay

It all came down to an extremely helpful staff. We had an extended stay to visit family and relied on the staff from reception, cleaning, and the restaurant to take care of our needs which everyone did regardless of which crew night and day. Always with a smile. Pretty impressive. I used the pool and gym which were both functional and clean. Again......service. The only negative is it's a little noisy on the weekends. Understandable being San Francisco.
