Amaka Calma Tulum ofrece una experiencia de hospedaje muy cómoda y relajada. Las habitaciones son amplias y, si tienes la oportunidad de alojarte en una de las plantas superiores, podrás disfrutar de una pequeña piscina privada en la terraza, lo que eleva aún más la experiencia. Sin duda, el punto más destacado es la piscina del área común, rodeada de abundante vegetación y complementada con hamacas que invitan al descanso y la desconexión total. Es un espacio realmente especial dentro del hotel. El desayuno está incluido y el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento, lo que añade practicidad a la estancia. Además, su ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que permite acceder fácilmente a varios restaurantes cercanos, incluso a pie. Una opción altamente recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad, buen diseño y una atmósfera tranquila en Tulum.

You get what you pay for.

Breakfast was scarce. Not much to offer and the man running the breakfast was extremely rude. We skipped they’re breakfast for those reasons and ate in town for a much more pleasurable experience seeing as we were on vacation. The main Pool had so much chlorine in it we only went in once it hurt skin/eyes. Our private rooftop pool was not clean. Pretty disappointing. The staff didn’t speak much English or pretended not to so there was not much to do but deal with this place while we were there. I would not recommend this place to stay at if you are looking for anything others than a basic place to sleep. There are no amenities and it is run down. The staff was not accommodating at all. The room was cleaned 1 time in a week. We tried for a second cleaning and it appeared that they didn’t do anything but remove the trash and make the bed. Floor not cleaned, counters not wiped. Strange. We did leave the housekeeping all of our leftover food (pantry) we over bought. All in all we were highly disappointed in this place. Online it looks nice but it is not what it looks like online in person. And the treatment from the staff was cold. We travel a lot and this is not a place I would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We found it very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed and they worked all day cleaning and maintaining the property. We appreciated all the ammenities in the suite (dishes, soap, washing machine, etc.) and enjoyed the pool and hammocks on hot days. The hotel is located in a trendy neighbourhood with some very good restaurants and cafes. It's a bit far to walk to other areas, but they do have bicycles you can use, and we got very good use from these. If you have or rent a car, then it's very convenient for getting around.

The pool was very enjoyable and the air conditioning in the room was a life saver! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! But you only have a few options.

The room was dirty with dirty sheet and pillow case , the bathroom had spider Webb like it hasn’t been cleaned . The bed was so low it’s practically on the floor , but the place where there served breakfast was also dirty , run down is one thing to this place was flat out dirty .
