Did not expect room cleaning every day, but quantity of amenities provided were small, so we had to request more toilet paper, soap, clean towels, emptying of waste baskets, etc, daily. Fridge in room froze contents we put in it. The chlorine levels at pool and hot tub were so high our eyes stung and we were unable to use those facilities.
On the good side, staff were helpful, the breakfast service was decent and the food fresh.

The staff were wonderful. It was convenient to everything. Room was spacious and clean. I liked the breakfasts and the warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon.

Dirty hotel
Noisy…kids running up and down hallway screaming. Complaining did nothing.
Breakfast horrrible: ran out of items with no replacing

Called 4 times for towels…nothing

還好 We stayed 4 night, asked for room service every day but never got done. Pool is smaller than normal and water is cold, spa was not working.

不錯 Staff was welcoming. We had a first floor room at the end of hall, conveniently located by a side exit for going in and out during our shopping trips.
Our room was very, very humid. The carpet was odorous and smelled like well worn shoes. We ran the AC and continuous fan hoping to cut the humidity but it did not help. Mind you, it was a nice weekend in MN with low humidity. I ended up buying Febrez to help with the odor of the room during our sta and it minimally helped. I needed to was all of our belongings when we returned home.
I am not by any means saying all rooms were this way, but ours was. I would stay again but I’d request to on a different floor away from pool maybe, idk.

If you want to Park n Fly, you CANNOT book through 3rd party (like this site). The staff will not allow a separate charge, and insist that you must cancel/rebook with them to pay to park there.
