Restaurant was great and breakfast awesome.

This hotel is a gem. The staff are so helpful. It is such a breath of fresh air. I travel a lot and have stayed in other hotels but this is a quiet winner. Not only was it conveniently located to everything, it is the staff that make it great. The restaurant staff were amazing and the housekeeping too. They were quick and so efficient. Thank you Praxisil and team. Attitude matters and the fact you attend to requests so quickly is so refreshing. Highly recommend this place because the whole staff are committed to customer satisfaction. Great value too.

Smells coming on room

Nothing unique about this one. They should have been transparent about them using their hotel as long term residence to support the government housing shortage. Nothing against it but it would be good to be given the choice. The guy who checked us in by the name of Amar had no smile or a personality for the job. Our room had a huge pipe that runs across the entire room. When asked to change room we were told every room has it. What a ridiculous design for a hotel that’s cost so much money. We couldn’t open the window curtains for natural lights because there was no sheer curtain. The only good thing was the service that was provided by Praxali and Ishaan on our last day. Our first time with Ramada at Manukau Auckland and it’s our last.
