Clean room good service will definitely go back again

Great relaxing hotel with good rates for a night away

We booked the Moxy for a one night stay before a morning flight. The hotel was lovley, clean and very quirky. Staff helpful. The only fault we had was , we got no sleep due to the intense heat of 26 degrees in the room The air con was not on and the only instruction to cool the room was to open a window. This was disappointing and did spoil our stay.

Great location. Night time staff were friendly. Games provided in the public area a welcome surprise. Most are free to play. Hidden car park charges shocking not advised at the booking, be aware. Room clean, only negative feedback is lack of surface space. Room was a good size and very clean. I would stay again. Grandson loved the hotel.

Stayed for a gig at the P & J live, only advice, if staying for a gig get there early or there will be no parking. not enough spaces for the rooms. Other than that, lovely hotel.

Lovely stay for a couple with a dog who was made very welcome. Very clean, good choice for breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Sadly my stay at Moxy was very bad because there were bed bugs. I woke up atleast 3 times across the night because of the bugs. There was no eggs served at the time of breakfast. Waited for nearly 12 minutes and finally gave up and had what ever was available.
