Room size was ok, not much walking space. But there is a huge espresso machine which I love it. It dispenses hot water too, save the water boiling time. Appreciate that all the minibar items are free. Location is just opposite Namdaemun, with a twosome cafe and Burger King downstairs. Airport limousine bus just opposite the property too.

Great location and easy access to subways. Very clean and close to many things

The location is very convenient and easy to get to and from the airport and to all the local eateries. The concierge was less than helpful and rather rude. He noticed me standing there but completely ignored me. Mind you there was no one else there that he was helping so after 10 mins of waiting, I finally asked if he can simply help me with some directions. He was very short and rudely directed me to the front desk. I think the hotel can do a better job especially when foreigners visit their country.

Didnt eat breakfast

A nice, clean hotel. The airport limo bus stops and goes right in front which was very useful and metro line just a few feet down from the hotel. Myeongdong market just a 10 minute walk away and the 24/7 convenience shop in side the hotel was super handy, especially if you're arriving late.

The buffet had a great selection of bith western and asian style breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Nice view of Namsan Tower. Convenient location. Everything is great except the toilet ; a tad small and don’t like the shower curtains.

This hotel is about a kilometre from where I normally stay in Myeongdong so I was a bit nervous booking it. However, it was absolutely fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again. The room was a good size. If I had any complaints it is that the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dark which made it hard to put on make-up, but I did that by the desk at the window. I got the Club Lounge option and I would recommend that for the 18th floor lounge which in my case also came with breakfast. The pool was small but perfect (not crowded). Staff was fantastic. There is a convenience store in the hotel. It was also right next to Namdaemun Market - an amazing place to walk around for clothing, souveniers and street food (althought the night market just north is better on that front.) Totally recommend without hesitation.

Outstanding hotel the staff is super helpful and friendly.
