Clean, helpful staff, good location with nice running trail along water, easy access to restaurants and shopping, museums, etc. Overall, a great stay. I would happily stay here again.

The location was perfect, bed was comfortable and room was well equipped. I don't use the bar, restaurant or any other facilities.

This is my go to hotel when staying in Liverpool. Great location. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Lovely clean spacious rooms with good views. Breakfast is good but you need to get down early to avoid the queues.

My only beef with the stay was having to join a huge queue, with non residents, for the bar, after the concert. I think there should’ve been provision for residents to have priority service. Apart from that 10/10 all the way. With a special mention for the guy doing the meet and greet!

Good location

Quick friendly check in. Room on the 7th floor was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. Great views of the river. Bed and pillows were really comfy and the rooms were really quiet. Bathroom shower had amazing water pressure and temperature was perfect.
