Only complaint was two of the elevators were not working so would have to wait a long time for an elevator. Was so glad that they had several usb ports in the room. I forgot to bring my travel converter plug to charge our things, so happy they had more than one. Friendly staff. Was able to get early check in too.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip. Bottled water in the rooms, working mini fridge, access to English YouTube, air conditioner was working well, lots of space. Great restaurant and patio. I would totally stay at this place again. 5 star.

Good hotel located near a shopping mall

​The hotel is well-located, close to both an underground metro station and a shopping center—only a 5-minute walk to both, and 20 minutes from the old town. Reception staff were very polite and helpful; I could not fault them at all. However, the car park is quite expensive for what it is. ​The room decor is very dated but clean. The air conditioning was noisy and slow to cool the room, the unit looks very old. Additionally, the bathtub is quite narrow, making it easy to slip and fall if you aren't fully steady on your feet or larger. The shower head also kept dropping, which is not great, not much room for tall people. ​Our package included the spa (sauna and pool), towels, and robes. We checked with the 24th-floor reception and were told it was walk-in no need to book. However, an hour later, after changing in our room, we arrived to find a waiting list because the pool was busy. Staff were supposed to call us when it cleared, but they never did, so we missed out entirely, which was very disappointing. Furthermore, the two girls at the spa reception were highly unprofessional compared to the main desk; they were giggling and ignored us until we approached them. The pool is also smaller than expected, and no one explains how things work. ​On a positive note, the downstairs bar is decent with good drinks and friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good—while there wasn't a huge variety of food, it was just enough. Would i say again? Probably not

Great hotel, value and staff. And Calm and quiet unlike centre! Not in historic centre, but super easy & frequent metro link Lovely staff Huge shopping centre, with great shops and supermarket, 2mins walk away Interesting 1970s modernist architecture too

Hotel was nice room was clean and ok. Food was great and the bar was good.
