Le staff, clean room

Great place to stay

Very disappointed! The hotel is okay, but please know that AC is not really existed they claim it is AC but it is really just a fan, my room was very comfortable hot and wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff was very rude most of the time, it’s like the don’t like guests very strange. location is okay definitely not central but neighborhood is safe. I would not recommend this hotel.

The building is modern in the lobby, the restaurant and dining room. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. However, the rooms on the 5th floor are Old, Smelly and Outdated with green carpet. The hotel is t located near the city center, it’s located in a residential area. However, there are restaurants located around the hotel and inside the hotel. You will need to take a taxi or uber if you want to get around to see Paris local monuments.

I enjoy the great breakfast . The ac room And in the front of the hotel , there is a plaza where the kids can play , there are restaurants that are open , people are having their drinks and call it happy hour.( I guess that is norm in Paris/ France) it is a beautiful neighborhood. My family enjoy being there .

Horrible experience I would not recommend

The AC is kinda low. My girlfriend and I went on summer and it was hot. I had the thermometer to full max for AC, but the AC was low. So just prepared for that. Also, ICE machine, some floors, ice machine is working, some are not.

Wonderfully convenient location, near boulangeries, metro, restaurants, and convenience stores. Short ride into the city with a quick metro change you can reach anything you desire.

Outdated hotel, AC barely worked, had to fix bed post that was on the floor. Shower had very low pressure. Would not stay here again.

The A/C was not good, the room was extremely warm/muggy and would’ve been worse had I not asked for a fan. When I checked in I was told they would put the third bed in my room right away and we arrived late into the night to no third bed so we had to wait for one to be brought to us. Overall not the worst place we could’ve stayed, but absolutely not the best. It’s carpeted and the carpet shows lots of use and there is a used carpet smell. The beds aren’t super comfy, but there is a mini fridge in the room so cold foods/groceries can be stored if need be. It’s pretty far from everything so if you’re wanting closeness/convenience, I’d look elsewhere. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
