還好好友同行
The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return.

超讚 We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Staff are very attentive and nothing is too much to ask. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast time was not too busy and very relaxing. Beautiful outside pool surrounded by palm trees. We stayed in three different hotels during our two week trip to Vietnam, and this hotel was the best.
The beach and sun loungers were absolutely amazing and never had an issue finding a space at the beach. It can get windy at the beach, so might not be suitable for young children.
We got a sea view bedroom and it was beautiful. Big bed and spacious bathroom. The room a full sea view and at night you can see hundreds of fishing boat lights in the sea. There was balcony with seating and a table.
The hotel had a gym, however it was very basic. I

I love the unit in the residence area. Its special feature is a private jacuzzi in the open patio, looking down the ocean.
