We stay here all the time as a family. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great swimming pool and gym. It is in a quiet location. It is on the outskirts of Belfast - so you need transport to get around (car, taxis or bus). The staff are always friendly and helpful and there's a decent bar/restaurant too.

Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work.

The hotel is wonderful! First class gym, wonderful breakfast, and a VERY comfortable bed! Highly recommend!

The hotel was very tired and felt unclean. The river bar downstairs would not serve a cocktail at 10.45pm and closed at 11.15pm we were made to feel very unwelcome. The only food on the room service menu was pizza and panini's. For a 4 star hotel I thought the whole experience was very underwhelming especially as it cost €340 euros per night without breakfast ! Breakfast cost a further €55 euros. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room was nice. We had a king size bed (American sized) and a fold out hide a bed (bigger than a twin American, but smaller than a double) for our child to sleep in. They advertise that there’s more than one restaurant, but there’s only one. The food was average, nothing special, but also you know just pretty satisfactory. Also, it’s not really located in the heart of things. It’s definitely on the outskirts so getting an Uber took a while. I’d say stay here if you want a nice comfortable room to stay in and don’t mind having to leave the property to eat and don’t mind waiting 15 minutes for an Uber. The staff was really helpful though so if you really needed to get off property and didn’t wanna wait around for an Uber, I’m sure they would be totally happy to help.

OK but just overpriced for what it is

Property was clean. It was located more in the suburbs rather than downtown. We liked the complementary bikes. Breakfast was nothing special. Staff were not overly helpful

Nice size room with comfortable bed, nice shower and a sitting area (although the couch was not very comfortable). The mini fridge was actually a wine cooler so not cold. Very nice pool and fitness area. The location is beautiful although a bit far from the city center yet is walking distance to a lovely regional national park - good for hiking.

Great staff and lovely food

Excellent stay, clean rooms. Food wonderful and helpful staff. Will certainly stay again.
