Good

In need of repairs and require a good cleaning! Clean comfortable bed, dirty floors the room requires repairs! Very run down!

The staff was amazing. Did everything they can to assist

All the staff was excellent very helpful and accommodating!!!

The AC worked most of the time except when we lost power.

Room was clean, large and nice. The location was also good. The only issue was there was all the parking was metored which was annoying to deal with. There was also an issue at check out that cost additional money.

The hotel is located very near 5th avenue and is a decent place to stay. Basic amenities like blow dryer and iron were not found in room. The hotel is clean and worth the price just don’t set your expectations too high.

Awesome place to stay very good location, good service, nice rooftop

Booked King bed master suite, when we showed up we were pressured to take a double bed suite which we didn’t agree with so we eventually got given the suite we booked. Im usually not one to complain about service but the rooms wasn’t cleaned for the first 2 days, when it was the towels were not changed ams folded up to look like they had been changed. The water in the sinks and showers had abismal water pressure and was almost impossible to shower or brush your teeth and when you did the lack if hot water was an issue aswell. On our last day the area suffered power outage and the hotel did not have a generator as a back up and we were left locked out of our rooms for about 2.5 hours from 8-10:30 pm, subsequently when the power came on we did not have any running water for the day that followed, even the toilets wouldn't flush. Its playa so we did some great people and the staff was helpful and friendly. Kudos to the servers on the roof top patio who made our stay more enjoyable.

Staff was very accommodating and the location was superb.
