Parking was good. Room was lovely (room 9 top floor). Good breakfast, lovely staff. Well convenient for town. Fabulous building.

Very pleased with our find on Expedia. Lovely friendly staff, fantastic cooked breakfast, very comfortable bed. Throughout all very tastefully decorated. Nice to have parking on site. Walking distance into Bath and to the lookout point. Definitely recommend

Gorgeous b&b located about 15 minutes walk from the centre of bath. Light and airy room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Very nice stay. Parking was difficult but on site. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Big climb with heavy luggage. Room was small but clean. Bed was a double. Small for 2 but comfortable enough. Breakfast was very good.

Honestly didn’t want to leave! Gorgeous place, super comfy, and the kind of stay that makes you feel a bit fancy. 10/10, would book again in a heartbeat.

A lovely, comfortable stay, everything we needed and more. A range of tea and coffee available with a tasty treat. Parking available on the carpark, with about a 15 minute walk to Bath centre, so saved us parking in the centre. We were glad we brought trainers as Bath is hillier than we were expecting but very beautiful! Delicious breakfast. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommended and we would stay here again for a returning visit to Bath.
