The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a contemporary selection and was good overall, although there could be a little more variety. The cleanliness of the resort was fair and could be improved, particularly in some of the common areas and rooms. With better attention to housekeeping, the overall experience would be much better. Overall, the excellent staff were the highlight of my stay. While there is room for improvement in cleanliness, I had a pleasant visit and would consider staying again.

The price must be taking in to consideration. Our room contained a reasonable size bathroom (toilet, shower) requiring an good scrub and update. End of the day it was usable bathroom and that is all that matters. The benches in the kitchen were old and again could be updated / repaired but a reasonable clean and new fridge. Again usable if needed. The beds were comfortable but a lack of blankets meant we needed to request more with the staff being most helpful, quick to respond and always cheerful. Our room had a reasonable balcony overlooking the carpark but great for plane spotting and photos.

The rooms were so dirty the door knob. The lock wasn’t working properly. It was broken and we complain and they gave another room. Then the front door was an opening properly so they told us to use the back door and the washroom was so dirty. The rooms were so dirty so I didn’t stay at that property so speedy should reimburse my money into my account. I stayed with other Hotel. They need to do maintenance to keep up the Hotel industry. The staffs are not friendly.

Just dont go there, Staff lovely but facility terrible dirty noisy unless you have transport you have to use taxi.

Don’t book this place. It is right on the international airport runway. The pillows had black mould, the fridge was not even turned on, no cutlery or cups or water. No tea or coffee making facilities. Don’t even start me about the shower cubicle! The “Breakfast” was a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea, no juice no fruit and not even a coffee. We should have just left and got another accom but it was too late by then. Don’t make the same mistake we did!

Nice enough overall. For the price (i booked through Expedia which 50 odd US per night (under half price)) its probably a pretty good option for a basic room as opposed to dorm bed. It's fairly run down, my shower was cold, WiFi 'is currently broken' in room..about a 10/15 minute walk to the beach & restaurants where you can hang out - whether ur staying there or not! Breakfast is pretty random, but its something 😅 Staff are mostly fairly indifferent to you being there (genuine?), no fluffy warm friendly stuff, which is fine with me - but if you want to feel pampered, probably not the place :). Didn't use it, but nice big pool. No bar or restaurant in operation.

Staffs are incredibly great but just some things in the rooms that need to be fix that was my 3rd time in wailoaloa and i really love it out there... so am looking forward for my next visit to soon ☺️ Vinaka Fakalevu

Very bad service. I think this resort care mostly for their locals which I understand but they should have treated everyone the same. Definitely not our place to stay next time.

Room was okay ,but not worth it for the price .No Tv ,dirty towel.

Stained , dirty , broken items... Uninterested staff Whole place felt like it's been neglected for years
