超讚 This place was perfect, just a 2 min walk from the Charles bridge, located in the center of town. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was very nice and if the AC runs for a couple hours you can get the room actually cold! Breakfast was also good. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in Europe. I recommend calling ahead to get the AC turned on before you arrive in July. Highly recommend

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable (despite no a/c but electric fan was provided).
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when I lost my wallet on the street.
The place is very close to the Charles bridge, Orloj or center of Stare Most.

The room was well appointed with all the needs one is looking for when traveling, water, tea coffee, slippers, toiletries, hairdryers, safe, and good functioning A/C.
Larger, clean room with even a choice of pillows menu.
The staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
No lift !

Fantastic location, wonderful breakfast, lovely staff. I stayed there twice during my stay - once by myself and once with my family - and the rooms were lovely. The only downside to the family room was that it overlooked the courtyard - which stayed noisy until late - and didn't' have air con in the main room so we needed to keep the windows open. Which exacerbated the noise issue! But choose a different room and it would be perfect - a great hotel

超讚 Location is excellent, breakfast is awesome with lots of food and drink choices. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room & bathroom good size and clean. The only downside is no elevator but there’s a bell hop who will assist for luggage. Will definitely recommend.
