Room not bad, clean but others rhings like mobile charging using usb socket was poor not working @ all.tv accesses are all " set time" and volume too.clean takes about 3 days max that for me very bad service No coffee accessed in the room everything need to pay.i would say i rated it 5/10

Great stay. Fantastic air con in the heatwave. Think paying to leave bags is a bit of a rip off, but fine. Would stay again.

The staff really made the stay - very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from check in to check out.

Small but very clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend

Excellent service, convenient location, air conditioned and thoughtfully compact/ comfortable room. We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to get a space ready for us whilst we chilled in the courtyard garden - which I recommend, a little oasis! There are no facilities in the room such as kettle etc but the downstairs area has plenty 24/7 refreshments and quiet safe space - even for an introvert like me!

Perfect room for anyone visiting the city and looking for home base. Friendly staff, clean rooms and helpful staff

Great hotel, definitely recommend

Easy check in with friendly helpful staff. Only niggle was I had prepaid for breakfast as an extra and on both check in and check out the system wanted to charge me again. Staff helpful however, this should not occur when the funds had already been paid.

Not worth the money

This is a clean and efficiently run "inn" with helpful staff. The rooms are basic, as in a clean place to sleep and shower with very little amenities. The extra I paid for the larger room was worth it. A garden patio eating area is very charming. We could hear the subtle sounds of the underground when sleeping, so if that bothers you, beware. Otherwise it's actually soothing.
