The rooms were functional for a transit hotel, the rooms were clean and amenities were good. We specifically booked this hotel due to the advertised balcony however it was not accessible at all. Getting to the hotel was hard because you needed to call them tomorganise pickup and as we just landed we did not have cell signal, We took a taxi instead. The free hotel drop off was handy.

Balcony does not open, and not much in the way of a western breakfast. Overall great value and huge room very clean, you can walk around the nearby blocks, but be prepared that nothing works on your phone even if you have paid for roaming etc. and you will have to have cash or the local payment methods, as usual Visa Mcard only accepted in the terminals and main places.

The reception was helpful booking taxi and good service.

Told by staff to catch shuttle at level 3 #46. shuttle left us waiting at airport almost an hour at 11pm in 50 degree weather. Now my wife is sick at the start of or trip. Watched 4 Pullman hotel shuttles come and go. Had relatives call repeatedly. Driver took no accountability and said he was at a different gate. Hotel is cheap and a bit dirty -including towels, sheets, floors and we slept in our clothes. Breakfast good if you can make it to the hotel and handle the "full experience."
