An incredible place to stay for the price and location in Tulum ! The room was super clean and spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was massive and comfortable ! Our check in was a breeze with the help of Alphonso, who was incredibly helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend it, it’s only a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants!

Staff was very nice when checking in. We arrived a little early and they let us into the room. The room was spacious and super clean. The pool area and court yard was very nice and offered a quiet area. The hotel is located near a few restaurants and grocery stores.

Sheets were dirty, brown and red stains at many spots, they do not have a change of sheets I was told. Plus I had to leave 3 days early because of a major issue and management didn’t even consider a little rebate on the remaining 3 nights, even though it is high season and they easily could rebook. Overall very disappointed as it was my third stay there.
