I booked this hotel thinking it would be close to the terminal, within walking distance, but that wasn't the case at all; you needed to book the airport shuttle bus in advance. 5 Euros for each person)
This is completely different from the hotel shuttle buses at most US airports. Moreover, the hotel is located in an industrial area, impossible to walk from. In the end, we had to take a taxi, which cost 25 euros. If we had known this beforehand, we would have stayed in Milan and taken an early morning express train to the airport.
The rest of the hotel was quite nice.

Hotel shuttle took much longer to arrive than what was told to the Sheraton staff. The driver took a smoke break which aggravated me since I had to stand in rain waiting. My phone call would not go through. I called the states asking if they could get through and I got the same number as the website. The hotel is located down back roads in an industrial area; definitely not a place to sit or walk outside. Check-in was time consuming due to staff appearing to be too lean. The room was acceptable.
