We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and perfectly maintained. The communication with the reception team was outstanding from the very beginning. They sent us clear arrival instructions, including a map, and explained the parking options in the courtyard behind the building, which made check-in completely stress-free. The location could not have been better. The apartment is right in the city centre, just a few steps from the canals and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your excellent hospitality—we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city!

Great location, great staff

The location of this hotel is excellent, but as Rick Steves notes in his guidebook, it’s a very basic accommodation. My room stank like a wet dog, so I slept with my windows open to air out the place. I thought it was the carpet at first, but the stench was permeated in the mattress and in the mornings my pjs and I also smelled of it. There were obnoxious, drunken tourists also staying at this hotel, and one of them had the room next to mine. His friends would start pounding repeatedly on his door in the wee hours of the morning (12:30 & 3:00am) wanting him to go out “drinking & singing” with them, and no one from the hotel staff intervened. (The hotel is small and this occurred on the first floor not far from the front desk—EVERYONE could hear the noise). The breakfast offerings were adequate.

Offered the breakfast at checkin was worth it - lots of hot and cold options. Unfortunately our room had cigarette smoke taint. Also a malfunction cistern push button. There is no aircon: fans are provided. If room faces South need to leave window open, then street noise. Clean and spacious sitting area. Elec jug few condiments. Induction element. No toaster. Bathroom small efficient layout with wall mounted body wash.

Easy check in, rooms clean and spacious. Hairdryer was poor, seemed like a safety feature that cut out after about 30 seconds use. Not the best selection at breakfast. Overall great location in the old town. Would recommend.

Great location, right in the Old Town. Good 3 star hotel, though breakfast options a bit limited.

Fantastic place to stay. Right in the centre of Old Town Gdansk with great restaurants and bars right outside the door. All staff we dealt with were polite and professional. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Gdansk

Has everything you need. Regular outlets next to the bed would be nice though.
