Good location but small bathroom very akward

Walkable with suitcase from main station. Reception has been upgraded but rooms remain as per photos. Has most of what you need except for laundry facilities although there are plenty of self serve laundries nearby

Clean room good space excellent location allowed us to have the freedom to eat in when we wanted as kitchen facilities were good.

The room was okay but a little rough around the edges. The wooden floors and guests that insist on dragging the furniture around at all hours of the day, means earplugs are essential. Nice breakfast area and choice of food. Well located for a range of restaurants and shops as well as the lakeside.

Well equipped good location clean room

The room, location and everything about this hotel was PERFECT. One thing to note, there is no GYM on site. It costs 10CHF for 1.5 hour use at the gym located directly beside the hotel. Other than that one note, everything about this hotel is exactly what a single Traveler needs. Perfect size kitchenette. Stunning views. Excellent location. I would DEFINITELY stay again and highly recommend. If you can, get a south facing room for the best views of Lake Geneva and the Saleve mountain.

Room feel neglected.

Reception staff were very helpful , good location only 5 minutes from railway station & lake. Our room a hallway smelt a bit musty & also smelt of cigarette smoke. hallway & lift carpets were disgustingly dirty and threadbare. Breakfast was reasonable but didn't realise it would be delivered on a tray to our room each morning rather than have a buffet breakfast room. so had to choose a time for our tray to be delivered each morning, although it was always delivered with a smile.

This is a lovely property. We booked a balcony with a retractable awning (with a spiral staircase to the room!) with excellent views of Geneva and the lake. Easy access to the old town, markets and the Lake itself. The room had underfloor heating and the bed had a memory foam mattress (or similar) and had an excellent nights sleep. Only downside was the room itself was a bit tired, but that’s it. Great Staff and the reception area was nearing completion of a modern makeover.
