It’s all about the people working at Ramses Hilton! Everyone is doing an excellent job. From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. Thanks everyone.

超讚 The hotel is an oasis in the hectic, congested downtown Cairo. It is extremely difficult to walk anywhere. The room on the 25th floor was very modern, clean, and a spectacular view. This is a busy hotel. The lobby is buzzing. When we arrived the staff was amazing. No waiting. Salma was particularly helpful. Very kind and professional. A true gem. Ombeya also ensured our check out was smooth and helped us store our luggage. Would definitely recommend. Not sure why ratings were lower. Ignore them.
