Older property but adequate.

Very expensive

No security with door keys

The lobby and common areas and drab and need paint and cracks fixed. The room was ok. Had 2 single nt reservations. The clerk said everything was set. The end of 1st evening keys worked and everything was ok. At 1 am 2 males with a key walked into our room and shocked us. This never should have happened. Unacceptable. The front desk said someone failed to do their job. The lady tried to say they called us 3x and needed a signature. She NEVER said that upon check in. That never should have happened, especially at over $400 a night for less quality than a holiday inn express. Do not stay here unless you want a budget motel.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a perfect stay.

We stayed 2 nights before heading out for a cruise. It was fine but for the cost it should be better than fine. The Clarion definitely needs some TLC. Carpets are worn. Tiles and grout in the bathroom were cracked and coming up. Air conditioner was very noisy. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice. The area felt safe.

Clean room

The room didn’t get cleaned up any day of our stay, we did reminded the staff, but fail to clean the room and we reminded them of dirty towels and no toilet paper. We had to leave the trash on the hall way.

We were disappointed by this hotel. The location is away from downtown and a bit run down. The carpet in our room was quite dirty. Our toilet became clogged and the front desk was unable to find a plunger. They delivered an obviously recently used plunger later that day to our room. The staff was friendly but seemed understaffed. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the breakfast room was so crowded that we ended up eating at a restaurant the 3 days we were there.
