This hotel was great. Staff was courteous, helpful, and amazing. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The only downside was that the pool was not available for a few days and the WiFi internet was horrible. You advertise nightly shows, dinner, and a bar but nothing was there. If those amenities were improved, it would have been a 10 across the board for me. I really needed the internet for work. Overall, it was a “Good” for a place to stay…

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival.

The staff was great. The furniture was old, dirty and poorly maintained. Very limited amenitites. This place is more comparable to a Super 8 or motel 6

It’s an old hotel so the walls are very thin, a lot of people were there with young children, teenagers, and they were having a blast but it was really loud. The food is very overpriced and not very good. Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean but the place is OLD.

The first full day we were there everything was great. 2nd day when we went to the pool it was closed and remained closed for the rest of our stay. That’s the reason we went to enjoy the pool. Very disappointed. They never mentioned it when we booked the room. The room was great. The kids from the family above us were very loud and jumping a lot. Started early and it was late at night and they were still at it.

Weird smell in room. Pool not open for days.

I was sent an email to let me know the pool would be out of service 6/26 and 6/27. Upon arrival I was told it would be closed the entire weekend. I was not happy as it was too late to change hotels and our entire day revolves around the pool before check out

First of all, the pool was not available, second the all ways were dirty, the elevator was old, room was dirty, one of the pillows has an spider the other one a hair and carpet had dirt

.

I didnt end up staying at hotel the pool was out of service like for 4 days
