Très bon hébergement à Berlin et bien situé. La piscine était de mise en plein canicule !

A lot of dust in the room, i ve never seem anyone at the consierge desk even though they promote it as a renowned service, check in/out is a nightmare.

Horrible stay !! Not impressed at all with the property or the service . The breakfast was the worst value I have ever seen . My room was not cleaned well at all ,The water in the tub was yellow and smelled terrible I spoke to front desk about the water and they never followed up , so I then used the app to inquire about the water I got no response in 3 days. The garbage was not removed on a daily basis. The coffee was instant and was not replenished after day one, and there wasn’t even a spoon to stir the one coffee we did have. Construction started at 9 am on the button . Not impressed !! will not rebook !!

We enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located near shops and restaurants. The pool and spa were a bonus.

Beautiful hotel, really enjoyed the swimming pool

The location is superb and the value for money much better than in the trendier areas. Easy walking distance to Ku’damm shops, the Kaiser W Church, Zoo and transport. The pool is wonderful!

Room wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked - hairs in the shower and sink on arrival. I stayed in one of the old rooms (not the newly renovated ones) so the decor was dated but acceptable. The hotel has major renovations work going on so the hallways are dusty and the construction noise is very loud. You have to pay an extra EUR 15 per person per day to use the sauna. Security guard assisted me with a sticky door then accessed my personal details (I didn’t give these) and added me on Facebook. Lobby smells strongly of cigarette smoke due to smoking room at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was EUR 39.50 for one person per day which is one of the most expensive I’ve seen globally. Bed was comfortable and proximity to local transport was great.

It was lovely and clean. Not very generous on tea facilities.

it was excellent things to you for getting our room changed. It was freezing, but ended up with nice room. That was nice and warm.

Wonderful hotel, room was really big and bed very comfortable and lots of lovely Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. We had a bottle of fizz and cake left in the room to celebrate my husbands birthday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and set you up for the day. We had dinner in Beef 45 in the hotel and that was amazing too. I would definitely stay again as its near lots of transport hubs to get around the city.
