Our stay was great, clean, quiet beach access with great outdoor pool and grilling area for families.

Be prepared that the pictures online are not what the rooms really look like. Our bathroom was gross and the shower spout looked like it was going to come off. The shower curtain hadn’t been washed in a while. The shampoo/conditioner they supply is enough for one shower for one person. The ceiling looked like someone had thrown food or something on it, there were stains all over it. There is only one bedside table so I had to use the rolling chair as a table. The WiFi was spotty at best. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear the people next to us yelling at their kids. Plus someone was smoking pot that you could smell strongly every time we left our room. Luckily we weren’t in town for the hotel stay. We will not be using this hotel ever again. If you’re looking for amazing views of the ocean then get the oceanfront view room. That was the only thing that saved this hotel. Plus the access to the beach was great too. But other than that this place was the worst.

Property seems to be busy but could use some attention. If it wasn't for the Oceanfront view and location I would have not been happy as not up to my normal standards. However, as the days went by I got used to the sliding door being hard to open, the shower not working and the bathtub water flow slow. The beds were amazing and the refrigerator kept my drinks and food cold. Room was dark at night, parking was free and available plus I felt safe.

Enjoyed our stay. Except it was hard to get cleaned towels.

the front desk staff were not welcoming not friendly but under stress, there was water on the floor of the lobby and all the way to the elevator which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Parking at the rear at the hotel is pitch black at night which attracted "strange people". Beach view was alright but not great since we were on the second floor. This is an old hotel, so no smart tv, 2 roaches and fault odors in the corridors and lobby area...they charged a resort fee which seems to be bogus for what you actually get. Check in was very late 4pm and checking out too early 10am. I am not sure how or when they got the reviews or stars i saw online which again was not what we saw while there. This is a 1 to 2 stars hotel in a less than desirable area, pricing and the fact that beach access was right there made it the whole ordeal bearable but we will not return.

Housekeeping only took out our trash the 5 days we were there and I think brought towels one day! They never made the beds or anything out of the way! The guy at the front desk on check in with the braids was EXCELLENT! He values customer service and he loves his job! He went above and beyond to help. My husband has back problems and he helped get the luggage cart on the elevator and to our room! We only saw him on check in day but he was exceptional!!! The hotel was dated and the rooms as well but you can tell they try to keep things tidy! I would definitely stay here again. The cafe was decent it wasn’t anything spectacular. The indoor pool was nasty, hair and junk in it but the outside one was great!! It was great to be able to walk down the stairs to the beach!! We had a great time and can’t wait to be back!!!

Great family trip, beautiful view of the beach. Will definitely return in the future.

I don’t even know where to start. First, I booked a weekend stay for me and my wife at this hotel for our anniversary. When we arrived and got our keys, and went all the way to the 7th floor, the keys didn’t work and we had to go all the way down stairs to have them fix it. When we finally got into our room, everything seemed clean until we started walking around barefoot and our feet became black. The door to the balcony was so hard to open so we barely got to go out there and enjoy it due to the hassle of opening the door. The toilet was so wobbly when you’d sit on it. The bath tub was hard to turn the water on. Just janky problems. Which added up. Not worth the money. On top of all these issues, when we asked for anything (ie. Towels, a trolly cart to haul our stuff down, etc). We were basically told they were all in use and the towels weren’t available. They’d give us no alternative options or anything. It was pretty much, “yeah I don’t know what to tell you,” energy. Please save your money.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. So close to the beach. This property is also dog friendly.
