Great stay here. Staff was friendly and competent; the lobby/hotel is clean and inviting; and the rooms are very nice.

The car rental and the airport was so close it made it really easy. Hotel shuttle was always running from the hotel and the airport.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. First, the room was not stocked with enough towels or washcloths for our needs, and getting extra from housekeeping was a chore. The in-room technology also needs a major update, as it was incredibly difficult to log into our personal streaming accounts on the TV. Furthermore, I was very annoyed by the lack of complimentary on-site parking—charging extra for parking is an unnecessary nickel-and-diming tactic. Finally, the policies are entirely guest-unfriendly. A 4:00 PM check-in time is incredibly late, and being forced out by an 11:00 AM check-out the next day made the whole trip feel like a sprint. I will not be returning.

The room was very clean

Property seems in good condition, but could use a bit of a refresh. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super helpful and pleasant. The shuttle to the airport is a real convenient way to catch the Metro into DC. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Close to metro, friendly staff

The hotel is nice.i would only recommend they put a microwave on each floor or give the option to rent a microwave during your stay.its a pain to go to different floors just to warm up food
