Location is great, close to tram, restaurants and shops. Reception staff were excellent and their service was great! The room and amenities were below average. There was a lack of space to walk around the beds. Our balcony on level 2 wasn't very inviting either. On the whole the accommodation and furnishings were not a 4 star rating.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We booked a twin room with Brekky. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Brekky was yummy and kids loved the pool. Perfect location for beach and Cavill ave. Well priced, would happily stay again.

All good, a nice place to stay.

The room was quite poky.. There was no comfortable chairs to sit on. The TV had foxtel which was very convenient.. The breakfast was quite good. Bat the bar The coffee was very expensive.The coffee was actually a medium at $8..

Great room for a quick weekend away!

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, small but functional bathroom, great body wash, tv was quite small. A couple of blocks south of main Surfers action but literally only a few mins walk. Overall would definitely stay again.
