My trip was cancelled, and the support staff of Kasa themself suck. They sent me about 50 reviews for how the stay was after confirming I was not going to even be there. They also do not give the same information, and have no idea about their own properties. The support center is ran through a place in California for every hotel by Kasa in the country.

The Hotel needs some updating, never got any clean towels, bathroom floor was in bad shape and the carpet felt wet, needs more lighting and updated TV’s would be nice. The electrical outlets didn’t work on the desk area, other than all that the sheets were nice and the doorman was extremely nice.

Beautiful vintage property, well maintained with all necessary amenities. Convenient location near the French Quarter and the business district. Excellent value.

This is always my “go-to” place to stay - I am in NOLA every week for work so I love this place . Nice area , nice hotel and the people at front desk are always helpful.

Hotel is conveniently located in the CBD and the 202 Airport line bus stop on Poydras. Keurig and vending on the mezzanine. Valet available if needed. Close to many restaurants, Canal St and Magazine St. I was very pleased!
