Clean room with en suite. Breakfast offered a range of cooked food, waffles, pastries, fruit and yoghurt. Staff were friendly but i wasn't given any water. Very good location if you are attending the hydro OVO. Bar is open till midnight.

Great hotel for closeness to the OVO Hydro - room was a reasonable size and clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good - fresh and plenty of choice.

Didn’t like the queuing system at bar and lack of bar tables and chairs…dining area was used by people for drinks later on but lights were off Otherwise everything was great

Excellent location for exhibition centre

Room was extremely warm and AC barely worked. Asked for a fan, never arrived. Had to open the door to the hallway to get a crossbreeze with the open window. They had a heavy winter duvet on the bed with no top sheet so we had to pull up the bottom sheet and sleep directly on the mattress pad using the bottom sheet as a cover since we would have melted under the duvet. There is basically nowhere to keep your toiletries in the bathroom and no hooks for towels close to the shower so when you get out you can't even reach for your towel. This is a Hilton??

Very enjoyable stay. Staff were polite and friendly.

Check-in was smooth, fast and efficient. I would say the room was dated and the bathroom was so small it could give an ibis bathroom a run for its money. We had made a reservation at the hotel restaurant where the service was terrible. I had the fish and chips which was nice enough but the accompaniments were cold when they arrived. Staff never checked on us once!! I got the feeling none of them wanted to be there. We paid a little more than £260 for one night. For that kind of money I expect much more!
