Clean room and amazing breakfast

Staff is amazing, room was amazing, location can’t be beat - 5 min walk from everything. Only critique I have is that the room could’ve been a bit cleaner as we found a dirty cup and a razor from the previous guest. Nonetheless, solid place to stay, I’d recommend and will definitely be coming back. Same time next year. Me and Anousha. Back in the big N!

Hotel is under renovation. The floor carpets are dirty and paper starting to peel in hall. There are signs hallway Reno coming soon. One elevator broke down and is out of service. The second elevator wouldn’t come when button pressed. We had to walk down to first floor and ride elevator up to get my husband who uses a walker and cannot do steps. Tried complaining to front desk, she kept repeating elevator is working. Not sure she understood what I was saying. Very frustrating.

Our go to hotel when we go to Niagra Falls, great price and location! The free parking is an added bonus!

Overall, we had a great stay. The location was excellent and close to everything we needed. Free parking was a huge bonus and made our trip much more convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The only areas for improvement would be the air conditioning, which could work a bit better, and the elevator situation. Only one elevator was operating during our stay, which made wait times longer than expected. Despite those minor issues, we would stay here again and would recommend it to other travellers.

I loved that the parking was included with the hotel that’s getting more scarce these days. My only complaint was that I went on the Expedia site to book this hotel room and it wasn’t until I’ve gone all the way through and booked and got my visa bill that I realized it was in US funds I assume since I’m in Canada booking a hotel in Canada that it would be in Canadian funds when my Visa came in with the exchange rate I was surprised when I looked back at the Expedia advertisement I saw in the smallest print possible that everything was in American funds. I don’t know why when you’re booking a hotel in Canada that you have to even say that it’s Canadian funds that should be understand if it was US funds it should’ve had US in front of the dollars not nothing. The price was fair even with the exchange, but I didn’t appreciate the surprise.

The property was under construction at the time of our stay. Check in was smooth. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We asked for an iron and board, and it never did show up. We would return. The location is a 5 minute walk off Clifton Hill.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, and the room had enough space to be comfortable. There were not many breakfast options, but the food was good. One of the elevators was not working, so we had to wait a little longer than expected. Overall, I had a good experience.
