Property was under renovation/contruction. However, the front desk informed us of the hours when we would hear noise, and i was pretty accurate. The hotel was very nice and centrally located. I loved how close it was to the train station (less than a block) and of all the tourity areas.

Helpful staff. Great gym. Room was ready prior to check in

Stayed here 2 nights with my teenage son in River view with 2 twin beds. Loved the location, with easy access to train station. Front staff even helped me find leather repair shop when my cross-body bag strap broke. We ate in the restaurant both nights with fabulous food and attention staff.

The property is perfectly located central to Old Town and Zurich HB. The property has been well maintained, has character and updated amenities but is definitely a boutique style hotel based on the room sizes. There was street and side building construction noises reverberating through the building at 9 am, noon and 3 pm. Loud enough to wake us during napping.

Very nice place. Tram/bus stop right outside

Love the location. Ate at the hotel restaurant 3 times! Excellent. Lake Zurich drink was fabulous!

Good location. Easy access to transport and attractions. Comfy bed and nice air conditioning. Had a lovely stay.

Very friendly staff - although there was improvement work on going in the upper floors, it made no difference to the quality of our stay. We were moved into better room because of this. Highly recommended.

Our room was not ready upon arrival, but the lovely gal who helped us at the front desk was accommodating and felt bad. It did put a damper a bit on our day as we only had one day/night. The rooms are small, but updated. Although location is excellent, the downfall is the noise-trains and sirens during the night. If you can get past that, it’s fine. The bartender Louis was great and mixes an excellent cocktail. Overall I would say this is more a 3.5 star property, not 4 solid stars.

There is construction in and around the hotel. Rooms are OK. Otherwise great location and convenient to the train station
