Late check in

Good

We were early to check in so they let us drop off our luggage and come back. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included for us and had a variety of breakfast options such as pastries, eggs, pancakes, meat and cheese, etc., plus any drink such as cappuccino, etc. It was a 10 min walk to the Como S Giovanni train station, and a 10 min walk to the lake. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find and only a few minutes' walk from the station. The room was fine, if small, but it took me a while to work out where the AC panel was and how to use it. My stay was more comfortable after that! The shutters were great for keeping out the light and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although I didn't see any non-dairy or lactose-free milk.

I would stay away from this hotel. The hotel manager was very helpful. But the hotel itself is old and the ahowers barely had an space to take a shower. No shampoo, the AC was not working. When asked for a fan it was broken. I would never return or recommend thisnhotel to anyone.

Lovely room cleaned every day. Staff were very helpful and breakfast varied and fresh. This hotel is well located for Lake Como, the town centre, restaurants and boats. About 10 minute walk to where it all happens. We even received a parting gift from the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel and if we came again we would stay here again. S. Giovanni station is a 10 minute walk with luggage!

Very comfortable for an overnight stay before heading south. Would like to spend more time in the area. Close to train station which is a huge plus.

Very accessible to the train station as well as the main Como area. Clean room and friendly staff. Showers were a bit challenging if you are above average height but overall had a good stay.

Yes good

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The speciality coffee was made to order individually for each of us and was delicious. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, a short walk to the lake and very near a grocery store. Would definately stay here again.
